We are going to continue enforcing our 24-hour cancellation policy. We appreciate that when your child is sick, you keep them at home. If a child is unwell and your therapist believes it poses a risk to their own health and wellbeing, they may choose to end the session at their own discretion. If your child is home sick from school and you would like them to still have their occupational therapy session, this will be moved to a Telehealth session. In these instances, the following options will be made available during the scheduled session time:

    •    Zoom session

    •    Resource making

    •    Teacher or parent discussion

If you do not inform us of your preference, the full fee will still be charged.

NDIS Cancellation Policy
Our NDIS Cancellation Policy falls in line with guidelines set out by the NDIA.  While NDIS guidelines state that a 100% cancellation fee applies if less than 2 days' notice is given to cancel an appointment, our NDIS Cancellation Policy states that if less than 24 hours' notice is given to cancel an appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply and if 24-48 hours’ notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
